RULES & REGULATIONS


Participants and all parties involved are deemed to have understood, acknowledged, and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the following Rules and Regulations of the MAKASSAR HALF MARATHON 2026 ("Rules and Regulations"):

A. DEFINITIONS

In these Rules and Regulations, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below, unless the context indicates otherwise:

  1. Event refers to the MAKASSAR HALF MARATHON 2026.
  2. In-Person Event indicates that the Event will be conducted in person.
  3. Registration Fee means the fee set by the Organizer that must be paid by Participants to be eligible to participate in the Event.
  4. Registration Form refers to the form used to register for the Event.
  5. Info Desk and/or Hotline refers to the division that provides official information managed by the Race Management team at IdeaRun.
  6. Race Organizer refers to IdeaRun, which can be contacted for Event-related matters through the contact details provided on the [Contact Us link] and via WhatsApp at +62 877-0210-2016 (operational hours: 09:00 am – 06:00 pm, GMT+7).
  7. Participant refers to an individual who has completed the registration process for the Event.
  8. Race Pack refers to the running kit provided to Participants prior to the Event Day. Details regarding the time and location for collecting the Race Pack will be communicated in advance to Participants by the Organizer via the registered email address, confirming the information already available on the Event’s official website or social media channels.
  9. Rules and Regulations refer to the terms and conditions governing the Event, including the procedures for registration and participation.
  10. Event Website refers to the official Event webpage, accessible at https://makassarhalfmarathon.id/.
  11. Registration Website refers to the official online registration page owned by the Organizer and managed by the Race Organizer, accessible via links provided on the Event Website.
  12. Official Social Media (@makassarhalfmarathon and @idea.run) refers to the Event's official communication platforms for Participants.
B. APPLICABILITY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. Any matters not covered in this Rules and Regulations document shall be determined subsequently by the Organizer and the Race Organizer. The Organizer and Race Organizer reserve the right to adjust or modify the Event rules as deemed necessary. All adjustments or modifications will be communicated to Participants through the primary communication channels, including email, social media, or, if necessary, via written notices, SMS, and/or other announcement platforms.
  2. Participants are deemed to have understood, accepted, and agreed to comply with these Rules and Regulations after:
    (i) completing the Registration Form and making the required payment; and/or
    (ii) being officially listed as a Participant in the Event as determined by the Organizer and Race Organizer. These Rules and Regulations also apply to participants registered under charity/exhibition classifications.
  3. These Rules and Regulations apply to all individuals who register and/or participate in the Event.
C. EVENT SCHEME
  1. The Event will be conducted as an in-person (offline) event.
  2. Participants must complete the registration process in full and make the required payment to be officially recognized as Participants.
  3. Participants who, for any reason, are unable to attend on the Event Day may not transfer their participation to another person and are not entitled to a refund of the registration fee.
  4. The Event will be held over three (3) days:
    • Friday, May 29, 2026: Kid Dash category.
    • Saturday, May 30, 2026: 10K category.
    • Sunday, May 31, 2026: Half Marathon category.
D. RISKS
  1. Participants are deemed to have understood, acknowledged, and accepted that the Event carries inherent risks that may result in injury, disability, or even death. Participants guarantee that they are in sufficient physical readiness and in good mental and physical health to participate in the Event and agree to take full responsibility for their actions during the Event.
  2. In relation to these risks, Participants agree to comply with the Event rules and understand that liability for any risks arising during the Event will be transferred to the participant insurance coverage provided, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant insurance company.
  3. Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer and Race Organizer (including but not limited to the management, employees, affiliates of the Organizer, Race Organizer, designated third parties, and sponsors collaborating with the Organizer) from any loss or damage arising in connection with the Event, except in cases where such loss or damage is proven to have resulted from intentional misconduct, as specified under the participant insurance terms provided.
  4. The Event will be canceled if circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer and Race Organizer arise, including but not limited to heavy rain, storms, disasters, reemergence of a pandemic, large-scale demonstrations, denial of race permits, major fires, significant social-political conditions, or other widespread issues. If the Event is canceled due to such circumstances after the Event has officially commenced—defined as the start of race pack distribution—no refunds of registration fees will be made, and the Organizer and Race Organizer will not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused.
  5. No refunds of registration fees will be provided to Participants who fail to attend on the Event Day, are removed for security or order reasons, and/or are disqualified. The Organizer and Race Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from non-refundable registration fees or Event cancellation.
  6. Participants acknowledge that any non-compliance, whether intentional or unintentional, with the Event rules may result in forfeiture of rights or entitlements associated with this Event.
E. SECURITY AND ORDERLY CONDUCT
  1. The Organizer and the Management ensure that participants can run safely and comfortably in the designated track area.
  2. The Management reserves the right at any time to remove participants from the Event or prevent them from taking part in the Event if, in the opinion of the Organizer and the Management, such action is necessary for reasons of security, order, and a conducive environment for the overall conduct of the Event and the participants involved, or for any other reason within reasonable bounds relevant to the rules of the competition and the Event.
  3. Each participant is covered by specific activity insurance during the competition. Participants should ensure their personal data is accurate when filling out the registration form. Any errors in completion that may affect access to the activity insurance facilities for participants are the responsibility of the individual.
F. DELIVERY OF INFORMATION
  1. The Organizer and the Management will send all communication materials and relevant Event information to the email address provided by the participants on the Registration Form.
  2. The Organizer and the Management are not responsible for any damage to participants' electronic devices used to access the Event website or for any other technical negligence that may occur in the process of sending communication materials and email correspondence that could result in failure of receipt by participants.
  3. Participants must ensure and affirm that all information (including email addresses) provided is true and accurate.
  4. Participants should monitor information periodically communicated through the official social media channels of this running event.
  5. The Organizer and the Management guarantee and ensure that all participant data contained in the registration form will only be used for the purposes of this running event and will not be disclosed to any third parties for any reason, except for the interests of participant insurance in this running event.
  6. The Organizer and the Management are subject to regulations related to laws that protect participants' personal data.
G. AGE LIMITS
  1. The age limit for participation in the Event is set at a minimum of 15 years old and a maximum of 70 years to 10K and 5K category , and 3-12 years old to Kid Dash category. Participants over the age of 60 are advised to obtain a medical certificate from a licensed doctor or clinic/hospital and bring it during race pack collection.
  2. The applicable age limit for categories outside the master class is based on the Participant's exact age at the time of joining the Event in the current year, calculated as of December 31 of that year.
  3. Participants under the age of 17 (5 years – 16 years) are required to provide parental consent by completing a written Parental Consent Form, which is available at the race pack collection location.
  4. Children participants aged 3–12 years may only participate in the Kid Dash category and are required to provide a written Parental Consent Form, which can be obtained at the Race Pack Collection.
  5. Child participants within the age group referred to in point 4 above who do not register in the children’s race category due to their age and instead register in an adult race category are not eligible to win the race, as they are not included in the official age-group classification for winners.
  6. Participants in the MAKASSAR HALF MARATHON 2026 are classified as Open, National, Master in all categories, and Students specifically for the 10K category.
  7. Champions and Winners in the National category are those under the age of 40 as of December 31 of the current year.
  8. The general age limit for the master category is above 40 years and 50 years, or individuals who have celebrated their 40th and 50th birthdays at the time of participating in the Event during the current year, as referenced in the first point above.
H. PARTICIPATION REGULATIONS
  1. The event is open to Indonesian Citizens (WNI) and Foreign Nationals (WNA).
  2. Titles of Champion and Winner are applicable for Foreign Nationals (WNA) specifically in the Half Marathon category.

  5. Promotion provisions for the fastest runner only apply if a record is broken or if the National Class exceeds the time recorded by the Open Champion
  6. The promotion system does not apply to Master Class.
  7. Participants intending to become champions or winners are required to provide official identification in order to claim their rights if they achieve that status.
  8. Participants must complete all information requested in the Registration Form. If a participant provides incorrect data, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant's registration.
  9. Participants acknowledge, agree, and recognize that their participation is personal and cannot be transferred or assigned to another party.
  10. Participants must fill out all requested information in the Registration Form. If a participant submits incorrect data, the Organizer has the right to disqualify the participant’s registration and declare disqualification during the race concerning the participant's rights.
  11. Participants must comply with all rules and all instructions and guidelines provided by the Organizer, marshals, and security personnel appointed by the Organizer. Participants acknowledge and agree that the Organizer will manage and conduct the Event and will have sole authority and final determination on all decisions related to safety, during and in the arrangements of the Event, timing/finish time, and its application throughout the specified duration of the Event. All decisions and regulations related to the Event issued by the Organizer are deemed final.
  12. Participants acknowledge, agree, and recognize that their participation is personal and cannot be transferred or assigned to another party for any reason.
  13. Participants declare and guarantee that their registration is for personal use only and will not be used for commercial activities (including transfer to third parties). Violation of this provision may result in disqualification.
  14. Participants must present personal identification in the form of an ID card (KTP), driver’s license (SIM), work visa (KITAS), passport, or student card (in original, photocopy, or soft copy) that is valid at the time of collecting the Race Pack. Collection of the Race Pack may be done by a representative/another person by bringing a soft copy/hard copy of the participant's Race Pack email, a photocopy of the participant's identification card, and an original letter of authorization from the participant.
  15. Participants must comply with the regulations as stipulated to ensure their participation rights.
  16. Participants who have received special notes from the Race Organizer due to violations of the Race Regulations in previous activities will receive an email from the Race Organizer to confirm their commitment to read, understand, and comply with the Race Regulations.
I. REGISTRATION AND BOOKING REGULATIONS
  1. Participants are required to (i) fill out the Registration Form completely and accurately through the Registration website, and (ii) pay the Registration Fee in accordance with the official information provided on the Event website.
  2. The payment period is one hour after registration for Tier I phase and during the regular phase, starting from the completion of the registration process. Participants must re-register if they intend to continue their participation after the grace period has expired without making the payment as per the provisions, provided that slots are still available.
  3. During the Tier I registration period, a 15% discount will apply, and during Tier II with standard/regular pricing for individual registrations without discounts.
  4. The Organizer and Race Management will issue a registration confirmation once Participants are officially registered.
  5. Participants may not transfer their participation to another individual.
  6. Participants do not have the right to change their information after the registration confirmation has been sent. Therefore, Participants are encouraged to enter accurate data and ensure that all information is filled out correctly.
  7. The Management reserves the right to close the registration period after a specified timeframe and/or at any time if the quota has been met.
  8. Participants are allowed to register in different categories on different race days.
    • Participants in the 10K category on Saturday may register for the Half Marathon category on Sunday.
    • Participants in the 10K category on Saturday may not register for the 10K category on the same day, and the same applies for the Half Marathon category on Sunday.
  9. Participants who register multiple times in the same category are only entitled to run in one category.
  10. The Organizer will confirm participants who have registered in more than one race category on the same race day, requiring them to choose which category to compete in, thus disqualifying them from the category not selected.
J. ACTIVITY REGULATIONS
  1. Participants must pay attention to all matters related to the Event, including activity progress and the latest information communicated via email and the social media channels of Makassar Half Marathon 2026.
  2. Every Participant is required to be present at the race location 30 minutes before the flag-off begins. Participants are responsible for accounting for all time needed for personal matters (including travel, parking, baggage drop/deposit, etc.).
  3. Participants who arrive late for the start will be granted a tolerance of up to ten (10) minutes after the flag-off. If a Participant fails to start within this tolerance period, they will not be allowed to start and will receive a Did Not Start (DNS) status, resulting in disqualification and prohibition from being on the race course.
  4. The risks associated with failing to start or receiving a DNS status are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
  5. If a Participant insists on running on the course despite being late, the committee has the right to revoke the Participant's bib number and terminate their eligibility for any facilities on the racecourse.
  6. Participants who do not complete the required distance on the course within the specified category and time will be considered to have not finished the activity, or Did Not Finish (DNF), and will not be entitled to finisher benefits.
  7. Participants who do not reach and are not recorded by the timing system at the finish line before the cutoff time will receive a Did Not Finish (DNF) status.
  8. Participants who cross the finish line after the cutoff time will be classified as over the cutoff time.
  9. The Organizer and Race Management reserve the right to establish a cutoff time (COT). The cutoff time may be modified (either accelerated or extended) if deemed necessary by the Organizer and Race Management.
  10. Changes to the cutoff time may be made before or on the race day based on very specific and significant considerations as stated in point (9) above.
K. EVENT MODIFICATIONS
  1. The Organizer and Race Management reserve the right to change the date of the Event based on customary and reasonable considerations for the purpose of ensuring the continuity of the organization and the comfort of Participants, provided that the information regarding such changes is communicated to Participants in a reasonable manner and within customary limits.
  2. Once the change of date has been announced, either via email to each Participant or through social media and other informational media, and if a Participant is unable to participate or attend on the revised date, the Participant acknowledges that their absence is due to their own circumstances and will not hold the Organizer, Race Management, or any relevant parties liable for any issues arising from such absence.
  3. The Organizer and Race Management, based on reasonable considerations or for the purpose of ensuring the continuity of the event and the comfort and safety of participants, reserve the right to modify the format of the Event at their discretion or to cancel the Event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (excluding heavy rain, storms, disasters, outbreaks of dangerous diseases, major fires, and large-scale demonstrations).
  4. In the event that the Event must be canceled for reasons other than those stated in paragraph 3 above, the Organizer and Race Management are obligated to provide a full refund and shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such cancellation. If the Event is changed to a different format, Participants shall not be entitled to a refund and no obligations shall arise from such changes.
L. RESPONSIBILITIES/OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANIZER
  1. The Organizer and Event Management shall be responsible, within reasonable limits and customary practices, for ensuring the continuity of the Event and the comfort of Participants during the Event in accordance with established norms.
  2. Under no circumstances shall the Organizer and Event Management be liable to Participants for any incidents, accidents, physical and medical injuries, errors (including negligence), or for any loss of business, revenue, or profits, savings, or consequential expenses, loss or damage to personal property belonging to Participants, or any direct or consequential damages (even if such losses were within the consideration of the parties as of the date of submission of the Registration Form) arising from the Participants' participation in the Event or any other matters arising under these Rules and Regulations, nor for any amount greater than the Registration Fee paid by the Participant. Without limiting the foregoing, the Organizer and Event Management shall not be liable for any actions by any spectators or third parties unless otherwise specified.
  3. Participants hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive any right to assert or pursue any claims against the Organizer and Event Management, its officers, employees, suppliers, and/or sponsors, and/or other parties deemed responsible ("Associated Parties") for any kind of physical, mental, or other losses or damages (including loss of income, profits, or pain and suffering) suffered by Participants, directly or indirectly, or by their family or dependents, and caused by any event in connection with the Participants' participation in the Event. Participants hereby agree, for themselves and their heirs and successors, to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer and Event Management, and the Associated Parties from any costs and/or amounts they or any of them may be required to pay as a result of the aforementioned claims or demands made by anyone.
  4. The Committee shall provide a waiver form to Participants for acknowledgment and understanding related to the assumption of risk in this Event. Participants shall complete the relevant section accordingly during registration by checking the appropriate box on the registration page of the official website at the time of registration.
  5. Participants also agree to indemnify the Organizer and the Associated Parties for any claims, actions, liabilities, or losses resulting from the Participants' breach of these provisions and/or negligent or intentional misconduct.
  6. In conjunction with these provisions, the following shall also apply:
    • To prevent or release the Organizer and Event Management from liability;
    • For death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Management;
    • For fraud or incidents that occur unintentionally; or
    • For any matter that it is illegal for the Organizer and Event Management to exclude or attempt to exclude liability;
    • This clause shall be read, interpreted, and subject to the limitations imposed by applicable law.
M. RIGHTS TO PUBLICATION MATERIALS
  1. The Organizer reserves the right to official materials and footage taken by the Organizer during this activity. Participants are therefore aware, understand, and consent that they may appear in event publication materials in the form of photographs or films recorded, shown, and explored in whole or in part in poster format, television programs, films, videos, or broadcasts in any form by any means and in all media and formats, valid at the time or made after the date of these Terms.
  2. Participants grant permission to the management and organizers to use and reproduce or reproduce the Participant's name, likeness, appearance and photographs, films and recordings in all ways and in all media for advertising, publicity and other purposes in connection with the exploration of the event (and future events) and/or promotion of the event (and future events) and commercial rights related to the event (and future events), as long as such use does not indicate direct support by the Participant of any official sponsor or supporter of the event either through all media and means for the purposes.
  3. Any film, photographs (taken with a camera or mobile phone), or any other recordings of moving or still images, along with all related intellectual property (including but not limited to copyright), shall remain the property of the Event Organizer. In cases where such intellectual property is not automatically assigned to the Event Organizer, this provision shall be legally binding, and the Participant shall be required to sign all reasonable documents necessary in this regard. Consequently, any such recordings shall not be used for any purpose other than personal use without the prior written consent of the Organizer and Event Management.
  4. The organizer has full rights to all photos, recordings and documentation taken during this activity, and has the right to use, store, publish and utilize these photos and recordings without needing to obtain further approval or notification from participants or visitors.
  5. Participants and visitors are aware that the organizer is not obliged to fulfill requests to delete photos or recordings of certain individuals, after the photos or recordings have been taken and used in accordance with the provisions in this article.
  6. By participating in or being in the area of this activity, participants and visitors are deemed to have understood and agreed that they may be photographed or recorded visually or audio during the activity, whether for documentation, promotional purposes, or commercial or non-commercial purposes.
N. POTENTIAL WINNER
  1. Participants who cross the finish line and are recorded as the seven (open class) or as the ten (national, master, student class) fastest individuals in their respective categories shall be referred to as Potential Winners. They have the potential to win but are neither winners nor confirmed winners until they have successfully completed the verification process at the Verification Tent located in the race village area during the event.
  2. Information regarding the status as a Potential Winner shall also be indicated on the Potential Winner neck tag.
  3. Holders of the Potential Winner neck tag are required to voluntarily comply with the instructions of the Officials to undergo verification at the Verification Tent immediately upon arrival at the finish line.
  4. The verification process is only applicable immediately after receiving the verification neck tag and must be completed within a maximum period of 30 minutes after finishing, in accordance with the time recorded by the timing system.
  5. Holders of the Potential Winner neck tag who fail to complete the verification within the maximum time limit of 30 minutes after finishing and receiving the Potential Winner neck tag shall be deemed to have withdrawn as Potential Winners and shall not be entitled to make any subsequent claims.
  6. No other verification processes shall be recognized other than those specified above.
O. PRIZES AND AWARDS
  1. Promotion Provisions for Fastest Runners:
    • Promotion provosions for the fastest runner only apply if a record is broken or if the National Class exceeds the time recorded by the Open Class.
    • The promotion system does not apply to Master Class.
  2. The Organizer and Race Management shall award prizes to the competition winners in accordance with the specified composition and categories for the winners and participants as outlined in these provisions.
  3. The Organizer and Race Management shall also provide prizes through gimmicks or challenges during the event, which will be communicated via official social media channels (Instagram).
  4. For the competition winners, prizes shall be awarded by the Organizer via bank transfer to the winner's account within a maximum of 14 business days, in accordance with provisions to be established by the Organizer. If a doping test is conducted, the award shall be withheld for participants undergoing the doping test and will be awarded only if the test results are published and the participant is declared to have passed the doping test, unless a different policy is set forth by the Organizer and Race Management.
  5. The types and values of the prizes will be announced at a later date.
  6. Prizes shall be subject to tax deductions in accordance with applicable regulations.
  7. The determination of winners shall be based on the finish time of the runners, specifically gun time.
  8. Verification of winners in the competition shall be conducted by referring to the timing records of the judges, the time recorded at checkpoints according to the checkpoint timing system (timing machines) available, and the integrity of the checkpoint ribbons or bands received by the runners at each designated checkpoint along the route.
P. DISQUALIFICATION & CONTEST RESULT DISPUTES
  1. Participants agree to the decisions of the Organizer and Race Management regarding disqualification actions due to violations of all or part of the disqualification rules for finishers and/or podium disqualification.
  2. Participant data not recorded in the timing system, failure to wear a bib that matches personal identification, manipulation of participant data, wearing another person's bib, not wearing the chip provided by the committee, failing to wear the checkpoint markers distributed along the race route in accordance with the race regulations, participants registered in two or more race categories or having more than one bib number, and/or names on the bib differing from the official identification documents; taking shortcuts, using aids that may accelerate pace, whether wheeled or not (except for participants with disabilities), will result in disqualification from podium positions and winning status.
  3. Any dispute regarding podium positions must be raised on-site by the concerned participant by submitting a written protest within a maximum of 10 minutes after the official race announcement concludes, following the established procedure.
Q. PROCEDURE FOR PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS
  1. Protests must be submitted within a maximum of 10 minutes after the official announcement of winners and champions, marked by the announcement read by the host or another party officially appointed by the Organizer and Race Management.
  2. Protests shall be submitted in writing on a letter affixed with a IDR 10,000 stamp and signed by the protestor. The Protest Letter form can be obtained at the Verification Tent.
  3. The protestor is required to place a deposit for the protest of USD $100 or IDR 1,500,000.
  4. Protests will be processed by the Race Judge, involving judges and referees who have been officially appointed and listed in the race organogram by the Organizer and Race Management.
  5. If the protest is accepted and deemed valid by the Race Judges, the deposit will be fully refunded.
  6. If the protest is not accepted and is declared unsuccessful, the deposit will not be refunded and will become the property of the Organizer and Race Management.
  7. The decision of the Race Judges is final and cannot be contested.
R. GENERAL PROVISIONS
  1. This provision (and all documents referred to herein) constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements between the parties related to the Event.
  2. Participants understand, acknowledge, and agree that by submitting the Registration Form (and the documents referred to herein), they do not rely upon and do not create any relationship, representation, warranty, understanding, promise, or other assurance (whether negligent or otherwise) from any person (whether related to this Provision or not) other than those expressly set forth in this Provision.

Nothing in these Rules and Regulations shall be construed or interpreted as creating a partnership between the parties or as one party being an agent of the other for any purpose, and the parties shall not have the authority or power to bind or contract on behalf of the other in any manner or for any purpose.
  4. The Organizer and Race Management shall not be liable or held responsible for any disruption or inability to conduct the Event due to events or causes beyond the control of the Organizer and Race Management (whether arising from natural causes, human actions, or otherwise), including but not limited to:
    • Natural disasters such as earthquakes, storms, floods, inundations, outbreaks of dangerous diseases, and similar occurrences;
    • Major fires, acts of destruction/vandalism, sabotage, large-scale demonstrations, riots, strikes, terrorism, civil disturbances, war or wartime conditions, and political unrest;
    • Changes in applicable regulations.
  5. The provisions of this waiver of liability shall automatically apply as every Participant is required to read carefully and is deemed to understand, comply with, and adhere to the Regulations. A written affirmation of the statement of compliance with the Regulations and Provisions may be required on a special form provided by the Organizer and Race Management, either online or at the Race Pack Collection location.
  6. To the extent permitted by law, all provisions herein shall be severable, and no provision shall be affected by the invalidity or unenforceability of any other provision, with the remaining provisions to continue in effect as needed, having been amended as necessary to give effect to this Provision to the fullest extent possible.
  7. These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Indonesian law, and any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian Courts.
ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS
  1. Participants are required to accurately complete the requested health information.
  2. Participants must wear the official race number.
  3. Participants are required to run in the category they selected during registration.
  4. Participants must adhere to the rules set forth by the Organizer and Race Management throughout the event.
  5. All participants will receive activity insurance in accordance with applicable provisions, provided that participants fulfill the obligation to complete their personal data accurately during registration.
  6. Participants must complete the waiver letter and return it to the Organizer and Race Management.
  7. Anyone involved in this event, including participants, is prohibited from smoking until the Cut Off Time.
  8. All individuals involved in this event must maintain cleanliness and refrain from littering.
  9. The race organizer will provide baggage drop facilities accessible to participants starting at 04:00 WITA (GMT+8). The baggage drop will close one hour after the official conclusion of the event.
  10. Participants are not allowed to leave large items or luggage/suitcases/backpacks that cannot fit into the provided transparent plastic bags.
  11. Participants should not leave valuables or hazardous items.
  12. A prayer room will be available at the event location, equipped with ablution facilities and prayer mats.
  13. Participants are prohibited from bringing strollers, using wheeled aids of any kind, or bringing pets while competing.
  14. Participants are encouraged not to wear headphones or ear coverings during the race. If they choose to wear them, it is advised to use headphones or ear coverings that do not isolate surrounding sounds, allowing participants to remain aware of their surroundings.
  15. The Race Organizer will provide a medical team stationed at the start and finish lines, as well as an Aid Station along the course close to the Water Station. A mobile medical team will also be available, along with additional medical support involving a Team of Running Doctors.
